Midtown Oaks Post Acute is looking for a full-time Occupational Therapist to join our dedicated rehab team! If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and thrive in a supportive, team-oriented environment, we'd love to meet you.

* Starting pay: $60-$65/hour, depending on experience

🧠 What You'll Do:


* Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional abilities and quality of life


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team


* Provide education to patients and families to support continued progress

✅ What We're Looking For:


* Current California OT license


* Strong clinical skills and patient-centered mindset


* Team player with great communication skills


* SNF/post-acute experience preferred, but not required
