Midtown Oaks Post Acute is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing/post-acute care team.

We're looking for a compassionate, motivated clinician who is passionate about helping patients improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.

Pay: From $58/hr


* Starting at $58/hour (based on experience)

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Responsibilities:


* Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Perform dysphagia assessments and interventions


* Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and timely


* Collaborate with nursing, dietary, therapy, and interdisciplinary teams


* Educate patients and families on treatment plans and compensatory strategies

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Requirements:


* Active California Speech-Language Pathologist license (or CFY candidates welcome)


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required


* Strong communication and documentation skills


* Compassionate, team-oriented approach to care
