Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - All Shifts
Location: Kern River Transitional Care Center - Bakersfield, CA
Salary Range: $40-$45/hr BOE
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time | All Shifts Available

We are currently hiring compassionate and professional Registered Nurses (RNs) to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.

Our mission is to promote healing, wellness, and dignity through skilled and personalized care.
What You'll Do:


* Monitor patients' conditions and assess their needs to provide the best care and support


* Observe and document symptoms, reporting changes to physicians promptly


* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans


* Perform essential nursing procedures (e.g., vitals, injections, wound care)


* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders


* Maintain hygiene and safety protocols across the facility


* Provide emergency response and support during critical situations


* Train and supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed


* Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families


* Participate in continuing education and staff development initiatives

What We're Looking For:


* Current and valid RN license in the state of California


* Proven experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or hospital settings preferred


* Strong understanding of nursing care practices and emergency response


* Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills


* Team-oriented, empathetic, and dependable
