Sycamore Trails PA is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for per diem work.

As a PRN licensed Occupational Therapist with Sycamore Trails PA, your job responsibilities will include assisting with Resident treatments throughout the facility, in our SNF and LTC Units.

The Staff Occupational Therapist evaluates and treats patients, communicates with families, physicians and other health team members and maintains documentation of services in the medical records.

Conducts in-services and training for facility staff on an ongoing basis.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

Valid OT License in Ohio

Employee must meet continue education requirements per state practices.

Must maintain a license in good standing with the state board.
