As a Marketing Strategy Senior Associate in the Payments Marketing team, you lead the development and execution of innovative campaigns that support driving digital adoption for existing retail bank and/or cardmembers across our banking, commerce and proprietary payment products.
You collaborate with diverse teams and external partners to deliver creative solutions and drive business growth.
You manage multiple projects, analyze performance, and help us improve customer experiences.

Job responsibilities:
* Lead strategic and creative development for payment marketing campaigns across multiple channels
* Manage campaign execution from planning to deployment and results analysis
* Build and maintain relationships with internal teams and external agencies
* Coordinate branding efforts for trusted device initiatives
* Drive business case creation and campaign approvals
* Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign requirements
* Analyze marketing performance data and provide actionable insights
* Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure project alignment
* Oversee creative development and ensure consistent messaging
* Support process improvements and best practices
* Act as a liaison between stakeholders and partners
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
* Strong leadership and ownership of complex projects
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
* Experience in cross-functional marketing program execution
* Proven relationship management skills
* Analytical mindset with attention to detail
