Time & Attendance Contract Analyst

This position requires an excellent understanding of computer systems, preferably payroll and/or time and attendance systems, as well as experience working with union contracts and non-union work agreements.

The Contract Analysts are the liaison between the Customer Support Team and the System Test Coordinators.

This position requires Contract Analysts to be a part of a Sunday schedule rotation.

* Excellent technical aptitude, including software application skills


* Strong analytical and problem solving skills


* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization; including corporate, division, and store associates.


* Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks


* Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy


* Ability to be flexible and commit to the hours the workload demands.

This includes a Sunday schedule rotation.


* Physical ability to access all necessary files

Desired


* Previous UKG experience


* Associates degree in a Business/Technical related field of study


* Previous experience reading and interrupting collective bargaining and non-union work agreements is helpful.


* Human Resource exposure



* Set up and maintain rules including working with the divisions on ratifications.


* Complete weekly tasks related to system accuracy.


* Compare accruals in the time & attendance system.


* Prepare rule layouts.


* Audit the application and the settings of the system.


* Create and maintain work queries.


* Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.
