Pay: $36-$40 per hour, depending on experience
Position Summary

Sundance Creek Post Acute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant to join our growing therapy team.

In this role, you will support high‑quality patient care under the supervision and guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Key Responsibilities


* Carry out established patient treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.


* Communicate effectively with patients, families, referring physicians, and interdisciplinary team members.


* Complete timely and accurate written documentation in accordance with facility and departmental standards.


* Continue developing clinical and professional skills through ongoing education and professional activities.


* Support department operations, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.


* Promptly report changes in patient status or needs to the supervising therapist.


* Accurately prepare and submit patient charges to ensure correct billing.


* Collaborate with team members to coordinate and align treatment goals.

Requirements & Qualifications


* Associate's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA or ACOTE accredited program.
