Program Manager, WorkForward

Work Schedule:
This is a full time, fully remote position with nationwide travel up to 75%, including conferences, partner site visits, and multi state implementation work.

Occasional international travel may be required.

Applicants hired into this role may work from most U.S.

states, and specific location eligibility will be discussed during the interview process.

Serve as a subject matter expert in workforce development, apprenticeship models, and career pathways across multiple industries (healthcare, government, education).

We are seeking a Program Manager - WorkForward to:


* Design and deploy project plans, curriculum, and implementation strategies tailored to client needs.


* Manage cross functional project teams through all phases of the project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closeout.


* Utilize project management tools and best practices to drive milestones, manage risks, and escalate barriers impacting timelines.


* Develop and manage networks of contract staff and external resources to support client implementation efforts.


* Support and strengthen strategic partnerships to promote services and drive business growth.


* Work within federal and state government guidelines for apprenticeship policies and workforce programs to support organizations nationwide.


* Partner with clients and affiliated organizations to innovate, scale, and sustain workforce solutions.


* Provide mentorship, coaching, training, and, as needed, people leadership to LTE staff and external consultants.

Qualifications



* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field Required


* Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Sciences, or related field Preferred

Work Experience



* 5 years of experience in leadership roles, healthcare workforce development, K12 higher education or related consulting.
