Senior Methods Engineer

Join our dynamic Manufacturing team as a Repair & Maintenance Team Leader and drive excellence in equipment performance and reliability!

What will you do:


* Lead and coordinate comprehensive maintenance strategies including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance for manufacturing equipment


* Develop and implement standardized processes to optimize safety, quality, and equipment availability while managing maintenance budgets


* Guide and mentor maintenance teams while planning work orders and scheduling activities to minimize production disruptions


* Participate in equipment selection, installation, and evolution decisions to enhance manufacturing capabilities


* Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance
