Lacamas Creek Post Acute is hiring a full time CNA for our evening shift.

If you enjoy hands on patient care, working as part of a close knit team, and ending your shift knowing you made someone's day better, you will feel right at home here.

What you will do
• Provide daily care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Support residents with mobility, hygiene, and comfort needs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team
• Assist with vital signs and documentation
• Build positive, respectful relationships with residents and coworkers

What we are looking for
• Active CNA certification in good standing
• Evening shift availability
• Compassionate and dependable work style
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Long term care or post acute experience preferred but not required
