Are you a safety leader who believes compliance is just the starting point? As the EHS Manager, you'll lead Environmental, Health, and Safety strategy at the facility driving regulatory compliance, reducing risk, and strengthening a proactive, injury-free culture.

In this high-visibility role, you'll partner closely with plant leadership to align safety initiatives with operational performance, ensuring systems, behaviors, and processes support a safe and compliant manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do

As an EHS Manager, you will:


* Lead plant-wide EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and company standards


* Drive injury prevention initiatives, implementing programs that reduce risk and control cost


* Develop and deliver impactful safety training, strengthening awareness and accountability across all levels


* Oversee Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Fire Prevention programs, maintaining proactive risk management systems


* Lead audits and inspections, ensuring corrective actions are implemented and sustained


* Evaluate new equipment and processes, ensuring safety compliance before operational launch


* Administer Workers' Compensation and return-to-work programs, supporting recovery and minimizing disruption


* Serve as emergency response leader, coordinating crisis management and facility security efforts


* Manage the EHS budget, aligning investments with plant risk priorities and performance goals


* Champion a visible safety culture, modeling accountability and reinforcing injury-free expectations
