* High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.


* Minimum of three years' experience working in a manufacturing environment.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications


* Associates degree in business, finance, or manufacturing.


* Excellent oral and written communication skills across multiple departments.


* Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.


* Ability to solve problems and manage a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.


* Independent, motivated, self-starter who can work with little supervision but also in a team environment.


* Ability to manage multiple projects under time constraints.


* Strong problem-solving skills and continuous improvement mindset.


* PC literate in Microsoft Office products


* Howmet cost system knowledge (OHCMS)


* Attention to detail and accuracy


* Experience with use of manufacturing production related systems
