Schedule: Monday - Friday | Occasional evenings or weekends for events
Travel: Local travel required

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Community Outreach to support pediatric dental and orthodontic practices throughout the Greater Austin area.

This role focuses on building relationships within the local community to help grow new patient referrals.

The Marketing Coordinator will regularly visit pediatric offices, schools, daycares, and community organizations while representing our practices in a professional and friendly way.

This is a field-based marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys networking, meeting people, and working within the community.

What You'll Do


* Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, dentists, schools, daycares, and community partners


* Visit local offices and organizations to promote pediatric dental and orthodontic services


* Organize and attend community events and outreach opportunities


* Coordinate marketing materials and promotional items for visits and events


* Capture photos and videos for social media content


* Track outreach activity and referral relationships using a CRM system


* Work closely with regional leadership and marketing teams to support practice growth

What We're Looking For


* Bilingual Spanish/English required


* 1-2 years of experience in marketing, sales, or community outreach


* Strong communication and relationship-building skills


* Highly organized and self-motivated


* Comfortable working in the field and attending community events


* Experience in healthcare, dental, or field marketing is a plus

* Must live in or near Austin, TX


* Personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursed)


* Willingness to attend occasional evening or weekend events
