Location: Buckeye Care and Rehabilitation, Lancaster, OH

What You'll Do:
+ Provide high-quality, hands-on care and support to our residents
+ Assist with daily living activities — from personal care to companionship
+ Work closely with nurses and the care team to ensure residents' needs are met
+ Keep documentation accurate, complete, and up to date
+ Bring positivity, teamwork, and heart to everything you do

+ Current STNA certification in the state of Ohio
