Charge Nurse (RN) - Full-Time NOC Shift

Salary Range: $40-$55/hour (DOE)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts

Linwood Meadows Care Center is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Charge Nurse for the NOC shift.

The ideal candidate will be a strong clinical leader who is passionate about providing exceptional care to our residents and supporting our nursing team.
Key Responsibilities


* Oversee and coordinate nursing care during the NOC shift


* Supervise CNAs and LVNs to ensure quality resident care


* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders


* Monitor and assess resident conditions and communicate changes promptly


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and state and federal regulations


* Promote teamwork, professionalism, and a positive care environment

Qualifications


* Current California RN license in good standing


* Previous experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and assessment skills


* Compassionate and resident-centered approach
