Job Description

As a Product Manager in Card Data Product, you lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight customers and partners.

As a leader on the team, you leverage capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success, and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the user experience, design and build out of an Analytics environment for a new strategic partner for Card and enable scale for the business.

The environment will provide users with robust querying and modelling capabilities to ensure high performance and scale.

The scope covers the build out of the platform from a user journey perspective across internal and external personas to have access to their data products, reporting, key metrics and visualization, and ML / AI modelling capabilities.

The role presents the opportunity to build a scalable environment that enables other partners in the future.

You will be required to work with business analysts and senior business leads to understand their business outcomes to drive insights using existing, or brand new data product curation.

As a lead in this area you will also be focused on a new key partnership won by the Card business and be expected to delivering a scalable solution for their consumption working with business stakeholders / analysts, engineers and architects.

Job Responsibilities


* Define the product roadmap, vision, development, execution and risk management and effectively communicate the business outcomes the roadmap is intended to facilitate


* Implement E2E thinking is a must given the need to build out an entire platform used for analytics, machine learning/data science and reporting with robust entitlements and controls


* Partner with data owners, engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant data product solutions and generative AI solutions.


* Develops a strong partnership with Stakeholders; communicating product updates, influencing the importance of data to the organization, progress and strategy to stakeholders; including executives and customers.


* Analyze data, extract actionable insights, and connect findings to business strategy, highlighting the importance of data quality and centralized data management in a data lake.


* Work comfortably with JIRA, sprint planning & authoring product review documents with detailed requirements...
