This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:

Job Family Definition:

Leads internal project to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through requirement gathering, planning, controlling and managing.

Manages corporate and third party vendor efforts to plan, build and implement solutions to internal problems and issues.

Management Level Definition:

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope.

Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience.

Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment.

Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts.

Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Responsibilities:

1.

Business Problem understanding and Requirement Gathering


* Working with Stakeholder in Supply Chain and Quality to gather requirement.


* Benefit documentation and costing.

Works on internal project delivery


* Budget as detailed in Impact section Small/straightfor ward/ local scope.


* Low risk.

2.

Manages project financials


* Meets or exceeds approved budgets.


* Provides reliable financial forecasts to Management.

3.

Manages stakeholder relationships


* Manages first level stakeholder relationships.

4.

Leads project team


* May lead internal as well as external resources with in a predefined area.


* May provide performance feedback on project team members .

Skillset Requirements : Business Analyst (BA):


* Gather and analyze business needs from stakeholders & Translate requirements into clear documentation and functional specs.


* Business processes knowledge and improvements


* Create data-driven insights and dashboards to inform decisions.


* Support testing, validation, and stakeholder sign-off.


* Assist with change management and user training.


* Supply Chain & Quality knowledge
