As a Collections Expert MEA, you’ll manage a portfolio of customers across the region, ensuring timely collections, accurate account reconciliation, and effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You’ll be the key partner for both internal stakeholders and external customers, helping resolve issues, reduce delinquency, and strengthen financial processes.

In this role you will:

* Manage an MEA customer portfolio end-to-end, including collections and claims coordination.

* Interact with customers by phone and email to drive timely payments.

* Analyze account data, identify root causes of overdue items, and implement corrective actions.

* Reconcile accounts, propose write-offs, and support VBR releases and claims allocations.

* Report on key financial indicators such as over‑limit customers, aged debts, and past-due contributors.

* Partner closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Pricing & Rebates, and Finance teams.

Required Qualifications:

* Proven experience in Collections or Order‑to‑Cash environments,

* Strong communication, influencing, and decision‑making skills, proactive mindset,

* High attention to detail and accuracy,

* Fluent English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

* Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field,

* Experience with ERP systems (SAP ideal) and strong Excel skills,

* Experience working in a multinational or cross‑regional environment (MEA region exposure is an advantage).

Led by Purpose.

Driven by You.
