We are looking for a dependable and caring State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our full-time night shift team.

What You'll Do


* Provide compassionate daily care and support to residents


* Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility


* Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team


* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided


* Help create a comfortable, safe, and respectful environment for residents


* Work collaboratively with nurses and other care staff to ensure excellent resident care

What We're Looking For


* Active STNA certification in the State of Ohio


* A caring, dependable, and patient-focused attitude


* Strong teamwork and communication skills


* Ability to work overnight hours reliably


* Long-term care experience is a plus, but not required
