Supplier Quality Engineer

What will you do:


* Lead the implementation and management of Supply Qualification Module (SQM) and Supplier Performance Management (SPM) systems at plant level


* Conduct comprehensive process audits at supplier facilities and develop improvement action plans to enhance quality performance


* Identify and address quality concerns through root cause analysis, implementing preventive measures and monitoring effectiveness


* Coach and manage suppliers to ensure alignment with organizational quality standards and policies


* Drive resolution of quality issues through systematic containment, correction, and prevention strategies
