Sales operations Engineer / Inside sales Engineer

What You Will Do:
* Strategic Partnership: Act as the Sales Partner to Field Sales rep, executing the specialized operational and technical workflows that drive regional revenue.
* Technical Consultation: Leverage your engineering background to conduct virtual technical presentations and tailor automation solutions for OEM and Distribution partners.
* Digital Mindset (CRM & ERP): Master and optimize our CRM and SAP platforms to maintain a high-velocity pipeline and manage the end-to-end commercial process, ensuring technical specifications translate accurately from lead tracking to production orders.
* Account Leadership: Lead the commercial lifecycle for assigned accounts, managing everything from complex technical quoting to high-stakes price negotiations.
* Full-Cycle Engagement: Build and nurture long-term professional relationships through consistent, high-impact virtual engagement with key stakeholders.
What Will Make You Successful:
* Engineering Foundation: A recent degree (0-3 years) in Industrial, Mechatronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering with a passion for the commercial side of technology.
* Mastery Mindset: A drive to master industrial automation hardware (PLCs, HMIs, VFDs) and translate technical specs into business value.
* Communication Excellence: The ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly over phone, video, and email.
* Operational Discipline: A high degree of accountability and organization, capable of managing multiple projects and accounts simultaneously.
* Curiosity & Action: A self-motivated One-team player who seeks new ways to support the team and solve customer challenges.
