As Senior Manager, People Operations - Iberia, you will play a key role in leading and transforming workforce operations across Spain and Portugal while contributing to the strategic direction of People Operations in Europe.
* Scope: Iberia (Spain & Portugal)
* Member of: Europe People Operations Management Team
* Reporting to: Vice President People Operations Europe
This role goes beyond payroll management.
You will oversee the full employee lifecycle - from onboarding to offboarding - while driving payroll governance and transformation initiatives within Iberia.
Your Mission
* Lead end-to-end People Operations delivery across Iberia.
* Drive payroll transformation and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure full compliance with labor legislation and internal governance standards.
* Optimize workforce processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and employee experience.
* Align Iberia operations with European People Operations strategy.
* Identify automation and system improvement opportunities.
* Influence cross-functional stakeholders to ensure operational alignment with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee payroll governance and employee lifecycle operations in Spain & Portugal.
* Lead and develop mid-sized Operations team.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
* Drive process standardization and digitalization initiatives.
* Manage operational risks and implement sustainable improvements.
* Represent Iberia within the Europe People Operations leadership framework
* Contribute to strategic decision-making at European level.
What We Are Looking For
* Extensive experience in Payroll and/or People Operations leadership roles.
* Proven multi-country payroll exposure.
Strong background in process transformation and governance.
* Experience working within multinational environments and Shared Services.
Skills & Competencies
* Strategic mindset with strong operational execution.
* Digital acumen
* Deep knowledge of payroll compliance and workforce lifecycle management.
* Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability.
* Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
