Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Caregivers to join our assisted living team on the 7-3 and 3-11 shifts.

In this vital role, you will provide exceptional resident care, assist with daily activities, and support the clinical team in delivering safe, effective, and personalized care.

Responsibilities


* Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility to promote independence and comfort


* Collaborate with nursing staff to identify patient needs, report changes in condition promptly, and assist with emergency responses in critical situations


* Maintain a safe environment by following infection control protocols, practicing proper hand hygiene, and adhering to safety standards for infectious disease care and acute care settings

Requirements


* Direct Care or Personal Care Certificate


* Experience working with diverse populations including long-term care residents, seniors, or individuals with disabilities


* Ability to perform tasks requiring physical strength such as assisting patients using Hoyer lifts or assisting with mobility aids


* Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team member


* Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with required privacy practices
