We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Technical Documentation Specialist - Valve & Control Systems to join our team and create comprehensive documentation for our products, including valves, actuators, and control systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent writing skills, and experience in developing clear, concise, and user-friendly manuals, datasheets, installation guides, and other technical documents that effectively communicate complex product specifications and instructions to both internal and external audiences.

Key Responsibilities:


* Create and Maintain Documentation: Develop, update, and manage user manuals, installation & operations manuals, technical datasheets, maintenance instructions, troubleshooting guides, and product catalogs for valves, actuators, and control systems.


* Product Understanding: Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the products and their technical specifications, features, and use cases.


* Simplify Complex Information: Translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand content that can be used by a wide range of audiences, including engineers, technicians, end users, and installers.


* Content Design and Structure: Ensure all documentation is structured logically, with a consistent format and style guide, to enhance usability and accessibility.

Create and use appropriate diagrams, illustrations, and screenshots where necessary to clarify instructions.

Designed via Adobe Suite tools such as InDesign, Photoshop, etc….


* Quality Assurance: Review and proofread all technical content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in terms of technical data, grammar, and writing style.

Ensure documentation meets company standards and complies with regulatory requirements.
