Compensation: $17.00 hour

Position Overview

The Guest Service Agent serves as the face of the hotel, creating a refined and welcoming first impression while ensuring seamless guest experiences from arrival through departure.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a boutique luxury environment and are passionate about delivering thoughtful, anticipatory service.

Key Responsibilities


* Provide a warm, polished welcome and efficient check-in/check-out experience


* Anticipate guest needs and personalize service to enhance each stay


* Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns


* Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions


* Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness


* Handle reservations, billing, and guest accounts with accuracy and discretion


* Assist with concierge-style requests including dining, transportation, and local recommendations


* Uphold the highest standards of presentation, professionalism, and confidentiality

Qualifications


* Previous front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred


* Luxury, boutique, or upscale hotel experience a plus


* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


* Strong attention to detail and organizational ability


* Professional demeanor with a guest-first mindset


* Comfort working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining poise


* Experience with property management systems (Opera or similar preferred)


* Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
