Compensation: $18.00 hourly

The Role

The Housekeeping Supervisor is a hands-on leader responsible for maintaining flawless cleanliness and presentation throughout the hotel.

This position sets the tone for a culture of excellence, discretion, and pride — ensuring each guest arrival feels curated and every stay seamless.

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee daily housekeeping operations with five-star precision


* Conduct meticulous inspections of guest rooms, suites, and public areas to ensure immaculate standards


* Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing housekeeping team


* Maintain luxury-level presentation, including fine linens, amenities, and room styling


* Partner closely with Front Office and Maintenance to ensure seamless room readiness


* Manage inventory of premium supplies and uphold strict quality control measures


* Respond to guest needs with professionalism, discretion, and urgency


* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards befitting a luxury property

Ideal Candidate Profile


* 2+ years of progressive housekeeping experience; luxury or boutique supervisory experience preferred


* Exceptional eye for detail and elevated presentation standards


* Strong leadership presence with the ability to motivate and coach


* Polished communication skills and guest-focused mindset


* Ability to maintain composure and poise in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment


* Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
