Compensation: $2.13/hour plus tips

Position Overview

As Bartender, you are both artisan and host.

You curate handcrafted cocktails, guide guests through a thoughtful spirits selection, and deliver seamless, luxury-level service in an atmosphere of timeless elegance.

From classic European aperitifs to innovative seasonal creations, every cocktail must reflect balance, precision, and beauty.

Key Responsibilities


* Prepare and present handcrafted cocktails with consistency and artistry


* Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern techniques, and premium spirits


* Engage guests with warmth, sophistication, and confidence


* Maintain immaculate bar presentation and organization


* Manage bar inventory, prep, and par levels with attention to detail


* Collaborate with culinary and service teams to ensure seamless guest experiences


* Anticipate guest preferences and deliver intuitive five-star service


* Adhere to all safety and responsible alcohol service standards


* Be a story teller

Qualifications


* 2+ years of bartending experience in upscale or fine dining environments preferred


* Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, and cocktail craftsmanship


* Experience with classic cocktail techniques (stirred, shaken, smoked, infused, etc.)


* Polished appearance and professional demeanor


* Ability to remain composed and precise during high-volume service


* Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
