What You'll Do


* Greet residents, families, and visitors with warmth and professionalism


* Answer incoming calls, direct them appropriately, and take clear messages


* Assist with admissions support and coordination as needed


* Support administrative tasks such as filing, copying, and data entry


* Help coordinate communication between departments


* Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front lobby area


* Assist the team with day-to-day office needs

What We're Looking For


* A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset


* Excellent communication and multitasking skills


* Reliability, professionalism, and punctuality


* Ability to remain calm and organized in a busy environment


* Healthcare or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)


* Basic computer skills (email, phone systems, Microsoft Office)
