Whitney Oaks Care Center is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our team on an on-call/per diem basis.

What You'll Do


* Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders


* Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely


* Monitor residents' conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team


* Maintain accurate and timely documentation


* Collaborate with nurses, CNAs, therapists, and physicians to ensure high-quality care


* Support a safe, respectful, and compassionate environment for residents

What We're Looking For


* Active California LVN license


* Strong clinical and assessment skills


* Ability to work in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment


* Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented


* Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred but not required


* Excellent communication and organizational skills
