* Position Type: Full-Time (Consistent 4/2 Schedule)


* Shifts Available: AM, PM, NOC Shifts


* Rate: Starting at $22.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As a CNA, you are the heart of our resident care team.



* Compassionate Care: Provide high-quality daily care, ensuring the comfort and well-being of every resident.


* Clinical Support: Implement specific procedures and care programs as directed by the nursing leadership.


* Communication: Observe and report significant changes in resident conditions to supervisors immediately.


* Resident Advocacy: Serve as a friendly point of contact for residents and their families, addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy.


* Operational Support: Assist the nursing team with various tasks to maintain a safe and efficient facility.

Qualifications:



* Certification: Must possess a current, valid California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.


* Reliability: Ability to maintain a consistent 4/2 rotation.
