PAY: $47 - 55 per hour +/DOE

Responsibilities:


* Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans to address residents' needs and goals.


* Implement therapeutic interventions to improve residents' functional abilities, mobility, and independence.


* Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes for residents.


* Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding therapeutic interventions and strategies.

Qualifications:


* Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in CA.


* Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting preferred.


* Strong clinical skills and knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices.


* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
