Lacamas Creek Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse to join our overnight NOC shift team.

Responsibilities
• Provide high-quality nursing care to post-acute and long-term care residents
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support CNAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications
• Current RN license in good standing
• Long-term care or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
