Job Responsibilities:


* Partner with senior executives to define and execute business strategy for Payments Sales, Marketing & Transformation, ensuring cross-functional alignment.


* Shape and drive the business roadmap, leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.


* Lead and mentor a global team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.


* Oversee financial reporting, expense discipline, and performance metrics, ensuring accurate tracking and realization of revenue and ROI.


* Lead the development and implementation of dashboards and reporting automation to support decision-making.


* Drive harmonization of tools, processes, and performance measurement across teams and regions.


* Operate as a trusted advisor to business heads, proactively building relationships and influencing outcomes.


* Respond to executive ad-hoc requests, including project management, presentation development, and business analysis.


* Facilitate and lead governance forums, drive policy enhancements, and identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:


* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.


* Experience in finance, business management, strategy, or COO roles within financial services, with proven leadership in large-scale transformation and integration.


* Strong executive presence, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive agendas.


* Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables), with a focus on design excellence and reporting automation.


* Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse, high-performing teams, fostering inclusion and professional growth.


* Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for executive audiences.


* Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills; entrepreneurial and initiative-taker mindset.


* Disciplined approach to managing and improving processes, controls, and risk frameworks.
