Position: Behavioral Health Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: Center for Behavioral Health Maryland Heights

About the Role
As a Behavioral Health RN, you'll assess patient needs, implement care plans, administer medications, and educate patients and families.

You'll help ensure a safe, compliant, and healing environment for all.

Responsibilities


* Deliver care in accordance with nursing standards and facility policies


* Monitor patient status and communicate changes to providers


* Administer and document medications accurately


* Maintain compliance with all licensing and accreditation standards


* Use universal precautions and support de-escalation protocols

Qualifications


* Graduate of an accredited nursing program


* Active RN license in Missouri


* Preferred: 1 year of nursing experience in a behavioral or geriatric setting


* CPR, First Aid, de-escalation, and restraint certifications (training provided)
