Server - PF Chang's- Seattle Tacoma International Airport

 Purpose/Position Summary:

The Server is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality and creating a memorable dining experience for every guest at PF Chang’s in SeaTac Airport.

This role ensures accurate order taking, timely food and beverage delivery, and friendly, efficient service in a fast‑paced airport environment.

The Server supports overall restaurant operations by maintaining a clean and organized workspace, following all brand standards, and working collaboratively with the team.

The purpose of this position is to provide outstanding guest service while upholding PF Chang’s commitment to quality, consistency, and an elevated dining experience for travelers.

Key Responsibilities:


* Provide warm, attentive, and responsive guest service to ensure an exceptional dining experience for every traveler.


* Greet guests promptly, present menus, answer questions, and offer menu recommendations when needed.


* Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.


* Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring proper presentation and accuracy of each order.


* Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience and respond quickly to requests or concerns.


* Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked service area, including tables, stations, and assigned sections, including side work. 


* Handle payments, including voucher, accurately and process transactions securely. 


* Follow all safety, sanitation, and health department regulations, including proper food handling procedures.


* Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, bussers, bartenders, kitchen staff to support smooth operations.


* Adhere to PF Chang’s brand standards, uniform guidelines, and service expectations at all times.


* Assist in side‑work duties such as stocking, rolling silverware, and setting up or breaking down the dining area.


* Communicate effectively with teammates and managers in a fast‑paced, high‑traffic airport environment.


* Perform all other duties assigned.

 Qualifications:



* Previous experience in a restaurant, hospitality, or customer‑service environment.



* Strong communication, interpersonal, and guest‑service skills.



* Ability to work in a fast‑paced and high‑traffic environment with professionalism and efficiency.



* Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport badge, which includes passing a 10‑year background check.



* Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.



* Basic math skills for accurately handling payments and POS transactions.



* Reliable attendance and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
