Program Director II - Sling Works

Job Summary:

The specific role will support our SlingWorks organization, responsible for the development and integration of highly complex technologies crossing multiple domains, technical disciplines, and physical sites.

The Program Director II demonstrates strong leadership skills and has full responsibility for the planning and performance of major business programs throughout all phases of the program lifecycle.

The Program Director II is responsible for the cost, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction, and technical performance of the company's programs and for using that successful execution to drive future growth.

Responsible for developing successful proposal strategies, including planning investments and making timely decisions to increase the probability of winning new business opportunities.

The role will lead all of our SkyStriker (Launched Effect) efforts associated with the US customer base, including but not limited to customer engagements, proposal development, contract negotiations, development of customer-specific tech, production standup, and delivery.

This is a high-visibility role with the expectation that the candidate is comfortable operating from direct engagement with the end-user in the field up to the board-level presentations.

Continuous engagement with the cross-functional team within Elbit America and our affiliates in Israel will be required in order to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and pursue improvement opportunities.
