Join our team as a Technical Service Engineer, where hands-on troubleshooting meets embedded systems expertise.

You'll work with PCBs, sensors, controllers, and firmware to keep complex equipment performing at its best.

This role blends technical skill with customer interaction-installing, commissioning, and supporting systems on-site and in the field.

What You'll Do:


* Install, commission, and maintain equipment at customer sites


* Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and control system issues


* Utilize software knowledge to:



* Update embedded code (firmware, assembly code) for equipment calibration, optimization, or bug fixes


* Collaborate with peers on root cause analysis of software/hardware issues

Train customers on operation, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures

Document service activities, including field reports, code modifications, and parts usage

Provide feedback from field issues to engineering and product development teams

Ensure compliance with safety standards and site regulations

Up to 50% travel domestically and internationally (as required, sometimes on short notice) to support customer installations and service calls
Education and/or Experience:


* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or Technical degree or related field (or equivalent technical training/experience)


* 3 years minimum related experience, including customer-facing and/or field service

What We're Looking For:


* Experience in field service, technical support, or a related role


* Familiarity with Firmware/Assembly code or low-level programming for embedded systems


* Familiarity with C/C++ or higher-level programming for embedded systems
