Patient Services Representative - Float

Join Vancouver Clinic as a Front Desk Representative supporting Washington area locations (possible Portland, too)! Looking for a dependable, friendly individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Schedule: Varying 8 hour shifts, Monday-Friday.

Schedule shift times can vary between 5:30am start to 11:15 end time.

Schedules are created about three weeks in advance.

Location: Vancouver, WA area locations ( Portland, OR possible )

Compensation: hiring range is between $18.00-$20.55 per hour and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Differential Available: $3.00/hour float.

Evening differential of additional $2.50/hour.

Must have excellent attendance! Consistent, dependable, and predictable attendance is crucial in helping us fulfill our mission of providing high-quality, compassionate care.

We require our employees to adhere to our attendance standards, as frequent deviations make it difficult to provide care for our patients and support our coworkers.

Requirements:


* High School Diploma or equivalent required.


* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required.


* Minimum of 1 year of medical front office experience preferred.


* Experience with Epic preferred.


* Excellent phone skills and customer service behaviors.


* Strong computer keyboarding skills required.

Vancouver Clinic provides care across a wide range of medical decisions.

This includes care and opinions on vaccinations, reproductive health, end-of-life decision-making, and gender affirming treatment.

Pay Range:
$16.89 - $23.65
