* High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution


* Previous experience in a technical support role or similar IT position.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Preferred Qualifications


* Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)


* Bachelors Degree in IT or related field


* Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network troubleshooting.


* Excellent communication and customer service skills.


* Effective verbal and written communication skills.


* Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
