Qualifications & Requirements:

Education & Experience:


* High School Diploma or GED


* 0-3+ Years Prior experience in a manufacturing/production setting desired

* Consistent and dependable employment history demonstrating long-term commitment, reliability, and sustained performance in prior roles


* Desire to work in a fast-paced and dynamic production environment


* Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team


* Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality


* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately and consistently


* Willingness and capability to learn new tasks, equipment, and procedures


* Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude


* Must be at least 18 years of age or older
