What You'll Do


* Help residents with exercises to keep them moving and feeling great.


* Encourage activity and independence—because every step matters!


* Assist with transfers, ambulation, and range of motion.


* Support daily living needs like bathing, dressing, and hygiene.


* Partner with the Therapy Department for restorative programs.


* Keep accurate charting and communicate changes to the care team.


* Create a positive, warm, and calm environment for residents.

What We're Looking For


* CNA License (required) + Restorative Aide Training


* Current CPR certification


* High school diploma or equivalent


* Experience in long-term care preferred (but not required—we'll train the right person!)


* A caring heart and a team-player attitude
