Your Responsibilities


* Provide direct nursing care in accordance with resident care plans


* Administer medications and treatments accurately


* Assist in admissions, discharges, and documentation


* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support resident outcomes


* Promote a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment

What We're Looking For


* Active California LVN license


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused


* Experience in skilled nursing preferred, but not required
