Key Responsibilities


* Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.


* Deliver evidence-based physical therapy to optimize mobility, strength, and function.


* Document progress and collaborate with nursing, occupational, and speech therapy teams.


* Educate patients, families, and caregivers on home exercise programs and injury prevention.


* Contribute to continuous quality improvement within our in-house therapy department.

Required License / Certification


* Current, valid Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California (or eligibility to obtain).
