Role Overview:
The Technical Project Manager leads end-to-end Battery Energy Storage Systems program execution based in our Andover, MA Lab.

This person will coordinate with global engineering teams across US, India, France & China.

The role ensures certification, validation, supplier alignment, product roadmap execution, Agile excellence and manufacturing readiness.

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $155,000 - $179,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Key Responsibilities


* Oversee end-to-end execution of Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects.


* Lead certification and validation work, including:



* CFD analysis for NFPA 69


* Seismic testing (IEEE 693)


* UL 9540 / NFPA 855 compliance


* IP testing (IEC 60529)


* Capacity testing (IEC 62933)

Manage UL 9540A fire-testing programs and produce technical due-diligence and bankability reports.

Create and maintain technical documents: degradation models, capacity test reports, product specs, BOMs, communication architecture, FAT/SAT procedures.

Develop product and technology roadmaps and align them with certification, manufacturing, and marketing timelines.

Coordinate suppliers across batteries, PCS, containers, and fire-suppression systems.

Review commercial contracts for technical accuracy and standards compliance.

Work with global cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, applications, VOC, management).

Perform supplier, factory, and audit site visits (container, battery, FSS, UL facilities).

Build and update QA test templates (FAT, SAT, capacity, noise, IP).

Lead multidisciplinary engineering and project teams.

Manage project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders.Required Qualifications
