Warehouse Logistics Supervisor - Night Shift

Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving operational excellence? We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Logistics Supervisor to join our Mechanicsburg, PA site.

Night Shift Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM
Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays

What will you do?
• Oversees the management of a team within the Distribution Center (DC), assuring all the Supply Chain & Logistics operations to ensure the fulfillment of the logistic offer; manage and optimize the administration of logistics management functions; and ensure the coordination for inventory control, warehousing, transportation & distribution.
• Lead a high-performance culture in which team members are motivated, highly engaged and empowered with trust to achieve a safe work environment with best-in-class quality, cost control and efficiency.
• Develop team leads into future leaders at Schneider and foster a positive, diverse, equitable, and inclusive environment.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and monitor and analyses logistic costs.
• Facilitate problem-solving, root cause analysis and corrective action for quality, safety and production issues.
• Responsible for people management including people resources, goal setting, performance management, time and attendance, competency development, recognition, engagement, well-being.
• Manages logistics process for receiving goods, stocking, picking, and shipping finished goods and wastes.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement within the operation in line with Schneider Performance System standards.
• Lead change through lean fundamentals with a focus on 5s and continuous improvement.

For this U.S.

based position, the expected compensation range is $86,400 - $129,600 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.

The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States.

Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level.

Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
