About the Role

Schneider Electric IA Industrialization is seeking a Digital Intern to support the full digitalization of the Clear-to-Build (CTB) process through the development of a web-based ASP.NET application.

This role will focus on transforming manual CTB workflows into an automated, data-driven digital solution that improves efficiency, accuracy, and material readiness visibility for project leaders and industrialization teams.

What will you do?


* CTB Digitalization & Web Application Development
+ Develop a web-based CTB application using ASP.NET / C#.
+ Design and implement modules to automate:
o Bill of Materials (BoM) extraction
o Total quantity input from project leaders
o Material availability and shortage simulations
+ Build user interfaces to display CTB status, material gaps, and readiness flags.


* Data Integration & Backend Logic
+ Implement backend components to fetch and process data from:
o CTB inputs
o SAP-derived BoM files
o CR structures (Finished Goods - PCBA - Parts)
+ Build comparison logic to validate alignment between CTB BoM and SAP BoM.



* Automation of Data Validation & Alerts
+ Develop scheduled routines to:
o Run weekly CTB updates automatically
o Compare CTB component lists against SAP data
o Flag inconsistencies (missing materials, incorrect master data, outdated information)
+ Trigger alerts for Master Data teams to correct issues.



* Integration With Product Information Repositories
+ Incorporate product and material information from Symphony / PDM into the CTB tool.
+ Ensure consistent and accurate data mapping between systems.
