Order Processing Manager

Join our dynamic team as a Order Processing Manager and lead the charge in delivering exceptional customer experiences through streamlined order processing and management!

What will you do:


* Lead and coordinate the Sales Order Administration team, overseeing end-to-end order processing operations while interfacing with front office Customer Care Center


* Manage complex customer orders, including international transactions, catalog verification, pricing strategies, and large order requirements


* Drive process optimization for order management, shipping, and returns while ensuring accurate system updates for product availability, delivery dates, and pricing


* Serve as a key liaison between customers, production, and distribution departments, resolving critical delivery challenges


* Analyze and report on customer inquiries, sales trends, and service metrics to enhance operational efficiency

What will make you successful:


* Bachelors degree


* 3-5 year's experience in a senior/ management position


* SAP knowledge


* Proven track record in business order administration and customer service within distribution center environments


* Strong analytical capabilities with expertise in process optimization and performance monitoring


* Excellence in managing complex B2B relationships and order processing systems


* Demonstrated leadership abilities in coordinating cross-functional teams


* Outstanding problem-solving skills with attention to detail in data management
