What you will do

The Customer Strategy Analyst is responsible for serving as the lead analyst across the Aveeno Brand.

You will work across National Customers and partner closely with our cross functional brand team to deliver analytical insights, execute on customer deliverables and help shape our go-to-market plans.

The ideal person should be comfortable operating in a dynamic, fast past environment.

Key responsibilities in addition to 4P excellence include, but are not limited to:

Analytics:

• Leads cross-functional team members in development in 4P analytics by evaluating trends, developing insights, & translates findings to drive business performance improvement both internally & externally.

• Ensures execution of plans through regular communication and interaction the customer teams.

• Creates & influences assortment & merchandising recommendations.

Sales Enablement & Execution:

• Helps enable customer growth plans and selling opportunities through:

o Leading Consumer Sampling for the Brand

o Leading Go-To-Market Plans for Gift Sets

o Leading New Item Communication on Specs and Sampling

What we are looking for:

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2+ years prior experience in consumer package goods.

• Prior experience in direct customer sales, business analytics, customer marketing and/or supply chain.

• Ability to influence decision-makers up and down two or more levels, with and without direct authority, to ensure a fully-aligned customer/company business plan.

• Demonstrate effective communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor skills and presentation style to a variety of key decision makers.
