Breakfast Chef

Hotel Indigo Gloucester has a fantastic opportunity for a Breakfast Chef to join our growing team and bring the Hotel Indigo values to life on a Full-Time contract!

You will earn £16.00 per hour, which is equal to £33,280.00 salary plus service charge.

Hotel Indigo Gloucester is set to open in 2026, offering a free-spirited experience for our guests enriched with local culture.

Nestled in the heart of the neighbourhood and built on the site of the White Priory, we embrace the concept of storytelling-by-design.

Artefacts rescued from the site are now showcased in the Gloucester Museum, linking our hotel to this city’s multi-layered history. 

As a Breakfast Chef, you enjoy variety and are at your best when being part of a team as well as being passionate about delivering first-rate guest service through your high-quality food.

To succeed as a Breakfast Chef, you will need:


* Previous experience working in a similar role at a 4/5

* Hotel or Restaurant 


* Experience with working in all sections of the kitchen


* To be willing to learn new things and work as part of a wide hotel team
