* High School diploma or GED equivalency


* Three (3) months' on-the-job training to fulfill introductory period


* Six (6) months' experience to be eligible for certified operator status


* Ability to read and comprehend written instructions

* Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds consistently

* Maintain high attendance record.

Operate auto batching system


* Blend material in Henschel


* Roll mill blended compound


* Crush roll milled compound


* Pill material


* Weigh and skid pills


* Fills auto batching hopper


* 5S Ownership


* Make setter material


* Make patch


* Make test bars and spiral flows of material


* Record individual pill weights


* Clean magnets in the crusher system


* Clean equipment and general area


* Handles hazardous materials/waste in accordance with Howmet's Hazardous Waste Management Program


* Observe safety policies and regulations


* Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor
